 Keeping customers current

A unique benefit to customers of HP's Business Service Automation portfolio is complimentary access to the password-protected BSA Essentials Network. Hosted on the HP Live Network, this portal is geared for technical users, providing product content extensions, documentation, best practices, and technical discussion forums for the BSA portfolio.

A valid Service Agreement ID and an HP Passport account is required to participate.

Customers can stay current on the latest Security & Compliance alerts by subscribing to the BSA Essentials Security and Compliance Subscription service. Up-to-the-minute vulnerability alerts are delivered to the HP Client Automation, Network Automation, and Server Automation products for immediate remediation.

A valid Service Agreement ID and an HP Passport account is required.

Customers can also access the BTO Software Download Center to get white papers, web demos, and trial software. Registration is required.
